The rosé Rosé Fumé trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut J.J. Berizzi has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Salmon pink in colour. Cool smoke with raspberries and crisp red cherries, herbal savouriness, freshly crushed juniper berries. A slender structure with lively acidity and a little carbonic acidity, traction and drinking flow, buffered by fine-meshed extract.
