Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Lots of green bell peppers on the nose, also some yeast, tangerine, kumquat, a citric undertone. The palate begins with a slight sweetness, continues smoothly and then with a fine nerve, the expression of the variety is clear and also benefits from an obviously well-timed harvest: this is neither too green nor too ripe.
