Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate notes of cassis and fresh gooseberries, a hint of bell pepper, mineral touch. Elegant, fine fruit sweetness, harmoniously integrated acidity structure, reminiscent of Sancerre, delicately savoury finish, a balanced food companion.
