The white wine Zierfandler Thermenregion DAC Ried Wiege, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Gebeshuber has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Zierfandler from the region Thermenregion in Austria.
Light golden yellow colour, silver reflections. Ripe yellow tropical fruit, delicate hints of papaya and mango, nuances of meadow herbs, a hint of daisies, notes of honey blossom. Taut, tightly woven, white pomaceous fruit, lively acidity, emphasised minerality, salty finish, remains well-balanced, will improve with further bottle ageing.
