Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow with silver reflections. On the nose there are nuances of dried fruit, a hint of botrytis spice, ripe quinces with figs in the background. It is juicy, elegant and harmonious, mineral and persistent, and with an integrated acid structure. There are notes of yellow stone fruit and a touch of saltiness. A wine of good length with definite development potential.
