Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Ripe tropical fruit, subtle honey blossom, some pineapple, a hint of pear, candied orange zest. Juicy, complex, finely spicy, multi-faceted structure, mineral-salty, persistent, touch of yellow apple on the finish, definite ageing potential.
