Delicately cloudy golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately floral, a hint of rose oil, some marshmallows, yellow apple fruit underneath. Medium body, fine minerality, nuances of apricot and peach, subtle acidity, harmonious and versatile.

Cloudy yellow green colour. Delicate marshmallow and red apple, a touch of Cox Orange apple, herbal notes, a bit of lime blossom, cumin hints. Juicy, elegant, with fine acidity, mineral and salty, a hint of papaya, savoury finish, mineral, tobacco aftertaste.
