Tasting from 10.02.2023: Peter Moser

Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate candied orange zest, ripe apple fruit, a touch of blossom honey. Juicy, good complexity, apricot and pear, fine acidity. Mineral on the finish, lemony on the back palate, a textured food wine.
