Tasting from 12.09.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Medium lemon yellow colour with green reflections. A ripe aroma of apricot, candied peach and dried porcini mushroom. On the palate, the acidity is spot on, the tactile minerality is electrifying, the wine is full-bodied and has reserves for another 15 years of ageing. Not a dry, but a Spätlese that tastes dry.
