Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Rich, ripe aromas of pear, yellow fruit and nutty notes, some honey, herbs. On the palate there’s good texture and gentle acidity. The fruit sweetness provides balance and also harmony. Powerful and measured construction - shows both muscle and suppleness.
