Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Tangerine peel on the nose, white flowers, almonds, meadow herbs and also mirabelle plums. Juicy on the palate with gentle acidity. Starts softly, medium bodied, keeps the balance of freshness and ripeness, citrus notes on the mid palate provide fresh tartness.
