Tasting Notes
Chocolate and herbs on the nose, with raisins, malt and mint, a fully developed aroma. Juicy and elegant on the palate, it's very round and supple thanks to a lively acidity and melted but still firm tannins that tickle the palate long after the aromas have faded. Berries are still very vivid on the finish. Great pleasure to drink, especially with venison.
