Cafe melange, ethereal components, sage, bay leaf, thyme, mountain pine, then fine fruit on the nose, plums and raspberries, cool in the mouth, firm structure with a beautiful balance of fruit and tannin. Long finish with a cool echo. Wine with certain ageing potential.
