Clear, light yellow in colour. Rose petals, jasmine and peach blossom on the nose. There's a mild acidity on the palate, with roses, lemon balm and mint underlaid with red grapefruit. A harmoniously rounded late harvest with medium structure, goes well with Asian dishes that have a certain spiciness.
