Tasting Notes
This Riesling, harvested at just over 90° Oechsle, is a top-class wine. With an alcohol content of only 12.5% by volume, its white-gold color already hints at an exceptionally clear and refreshing bouquet with a delicate concentration of fruit. On the palate, it is dense and concentrated, with a rather sweet impression (thanks to the 6 grams of residual sugar, but also due to the extract); yet it remains elegant and rather slender in body. It displays a firm minerality alongside a good, fruit-forward finish and ends with an invigorating freshness. SR
