Subtle wood, citrus notes. Blood orange. Becoming more savoury, pulling on notes of aromatic herbs with aeration: wormwood, dried thyme, Thai basil, anise. Soft attack, punchy mid-palate, with mellow melted tannins, plenty of juiciness and a nuanced fruit texture. All tightly meshed and seamlessly round, and elegant while retaining freshness and nerve. Majestic.
