Tasting Notes
This Riesling, harvested at just over 90° Oechsle, is a first-class wine. With only 12.5% alcohol by volume, its white-gold color already promises an extremely clear and refreshing bouquet with a fine concentration of fruit. Dense and concentrated on the palate, quite sweet (thanks to the 6 grams of residual sugar, but also the extract), yet elegant and rather slender in body. Shows good, fruit-intensive length with a taut minerality and finishes animatingly fresh.
