Tasting from 27.10.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Mineral-spicy aroma, damp sand, yeasty and burnt tones, with a hint of blossom honey. Smooth on the palate, delicate sweetness, lively acidity, definitely has body, but also appears fresh and juicy, a hint of carbonic acid gives pep.
