Tasting Notes
Extremely peppery, incense, sturctural wine on the palate, dense, almost astringently substantial, savoury palate aromas, a rather serious structure, designed for ageing, the late vintage type is there, and yet the wine has nothing broad.
More about the tastingSaffron spice and fruity ripeness on the nose, reminiscent of slightly dried apricots, apple potato chips and a handful of currants. The creamy-sweet attack is followed by a racy acidity. Spicy-sweet finish.
