Dried lime peel on the nose, grapey notes, pear, apple and mirabelle plum, a hint of cinnamon stick, fine savouriness. Not a Gutedel of the fresh and banal kind, full-bodied and juicy with ripe acidity, medium density, relaxed nature and chalky mineral tones.
