Salmon pink colour. Fine mousse. On the nose nuances of strawberry tart, bright cherry and a hint of elderflower. On the palate grapefruit, raspberry, red currant and a touch of cassis. Wonderfully dry with a fine mousse and very good acidity. Compliments.
