Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Smoky aroma, plum, dark wild berries. Dark chocolate. On the palate with dense tannins, slightly "wild" aromas, juicy and supple underlying tannins, fine acid nerve, spicy and tightly gripping on the finish, a taut, evolving wine. A very slight hint of Brett (plaster) increases the complexity of the savouriness.
