On the palate, all of a piece, animating and mineral with delicate fruit (apple, Mirabelle plum, papaya and citrus), finely woven, the vivid acidity is also accompanied by citrus, as well as some sour cherry and raisin, playful and full of finesse, balanced. Good length.
