Finely nuanced and multi-layered on the nose, yellow apple, cider, pineapple, salted lemons, white flowers, sorrel, subtle aniseed and pepper. Lots of juiciness and tension on the palate, clear fruit with subtle sweetness, texture with a fine vein of acidity, distinctively tart, mineral and spicy on the finish, lean, yet with good fullness and extract.
