On the nose fine roasted aromas, some green walnut, cardamom, pear and quince in harmony, also ripe, solid notes, caramelized walnuts, marzipan. In a powerfully built structure, the vivid acidity provides balance, mineral background, the juicy sweetness leads into the long finish.
