Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.04.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Almond and damp wool, initially still very yeasty, but then also citrusy, herbal-spicy and increasingly peppery with increasing air contact. On the palate lots of texture, a firm acid backbone, restrained fruit. A mineral, finely extracted Kabinett that needs to age a little.
