Aromas of dark berries and fruits such as blueberries, blackcurrant, cherry as well as wood spice and coffee. A hint of floral notes and spices in the background. On the palate with a lot of melting, juicy fruit, ripe acidity and supple tannins. Long, somewhat tart finish.

Tasting from 14.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach
Medium crimson in colour with purple reflections. A balanced nose, with aromas of blueberry, cassis and black cherry, complemented by appropriate levels of barrel spice, with subtle mocha and sweet spices. The palate reveals a beautiful power while at the same time being highly elegant, again showing dark berry notes and spicy hints with a persistent, finely tannic finish.
