Tasting Notes
Opulent aroma with some wood, vanilla pudding, rowan berry, lime blossom. Powerful on the palate in all components, with smacking fruit, a full-bodied mid-palate and once again a clear woody character. Ripe acidity gives length and binds the alcohol.
More about the tastingElegant interplay of aromas, the wood is clear but not dominant. Walnut shell, hazelnut, wood sorrel, renegade. The clear carbonic acid gives the wine freshness. It will certainly become creamier and more opulent as it matures. Already accessible when young.
