The white wine »Junge Wilde« Auxerrois trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Kilian Hunn has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Auxerrois from the region Baden in Germany.
Caltha flowers, yeast, apple peel, some cider, pear and apricot on the nose. Juicy and with well-integrated acidity in the powerfully built structure, texture, spiciness and finely emphasised phenolics, dry and with a fine mineral tint.
