Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Yeasty with a hint of wood influence. Subtly varietal savouriness, lime blossom and some pepper. Quite fruity on the palate very early on, initially mild and then somewhat stronger acidity, suppleness and charm, tends to be a little broad on the finish, alcohol and sweetness linger a little longer than the fruit.
