Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe red cherry, pomegranate, crunchy plum and some lovage in the first aroma, also black pepper and dark miso. Engaging on the palate with vivid acidity and beautiful spiciness in a powerful and clearly defined body, the tannins are grippy and guarantee further maturation, beautiful density, long finish.
