Tasting Notes
On the nose, dried lemon peel and lemon balm: a spicy aroma that combines fresh aspects and those of initial ageing. The palate seems to have been cast from a single mould, although it is multi-faceted with firm acidity, texture, and salinity as well as a finely integrated sweetness. A complex, very individual, and long-lasting Riesling, the potential for ageing is undoubtedly good.
