Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Pale red-orange in colour. Williams pear, some apple and hints of caramel. Also tarragon. On the palate, the wine shows mealy phenolics, lively but well-integrated acidity and medium-bodied with good balance. Very good length.
