The white wine Wihlbach Weißer Burgunder *** trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Knab has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points.
The wine is savoury and emphatically fresh on the nose, the wood influence remains very discreet. In the mouth it has a taut, substantial nature, the acidity is firm but also ripe and cultured, it goes very well with the dense, bundled style and gastronomic impression. Very young, with the best persective.
