Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Sweet cherry on the nose, with cassis, fine, herbal savouriness, smoke, clove and orange peel. Stylistically more Pinot Noir than Spätburgunder on the palate. Dry with purist noblesse and vivid acid freshness, deep substance, medium amounts of ripe tannins and a savoury finish. Harmonious.
