Very clear Sauvignon Blanc notes on the nose with gooseberry, cassis and green pepper. This grassy "New Zealand" flavour continues on the palate, combined with hearty, fresh acidity and fine lemony fruit. A Piwi, more stringent than the "original" - why not?
