Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Underlaid with fine blossom honey, yellow tropical fruit, juicy ripe peach, candied tangerine zest, fine minerality, a hint of figs in the background. Powerful, extractive and fruity-sweet texture, ripe acidity structure, nuances of pineapple and papaya, fine honey in the aftertaste, very great length. Considerable ageing potential, will benefit from more time in the bottle.
