Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine precious wood spice, delicate candied orange zest, a hint of vineyard peach, lychee, fine blossom honey, needs some air. Powerful, very elegant, mineral texture, almost peppery nuances, lively acidity structure, citrus fruit, fine yellow fruit notes on the finish, lingers well, sweet yellow fruit on the aftertaste too, sure ageing potential.
