Tasting Notes
Light yellow green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate nuances of yellow fruit and flint, a touch of citrus zest, some white asparagus, mineral and attractive. The palate is juicy, elegant, and balanced, with well-integrated fine oak spice, taut and salty on the lingering finish. Now slowly reaching its drinking peak, with potential for further ageing, Burgundian impression.
