Tasting Notes
Light green-yellow, with silver reflections. Fine toasty aromas, with pleasant notes of dried aromatic herbs, juicy yellow tropical fruit, candied orange zest, attractive bouquet. Complex, substantial, white peach notes, well-integrated notes of wood and spices, a touch encapsulated on the palate at the moment, fresh and mineral on the finish, salty aftertaste, strong ageing potential, still needs time.
More about the tastingMedium golden yellow. Delicate vanilla-scented yellow tropical fruit, in particular hints of pineapple and papaya. A touch of nougat caramel and candied orange zest in the background. The palate is juicy, with an elegant texture, rich with yellow apple fruit and fine wood savouriness. Lingers well and will benefit from bottle maturity.
