Tasting Notes
Dark ruby with purple reflections and a delicate brightening at the rim. Finely spiced with black cherry fruit, fine blackberry confit, subtle hints of liquorice and tobacco on the nose. Juicy and taut with ripe cherry notes, firm tannins and a slight saline edge on the palate. There's freshness from the lemony notes on the back palate making for a very good length and the ability to age.
