Fine yeasty notes on the nose, mirabelle plums, apple, reine claude plums, some aniseed and chamomile. Broad on the palate with good volume and power, a soft texture, good tension, persistent with a chalky minerality, fine-grained phenolics, a "1G" with style and finesse.
