Still closed, discreet nose of ripe black cherry, barely perceptible use of wood. On the palate very dense, firm, grippy tannins, despite the taut outline also a lot of juiceness, stable acidity, tight-knit and fruity, fresh and sinewy, good ageing potential. Needs time.
