Very ripe fruit impression with yellow pear, beeswax, also sweet grapefruit and chamomile. With air, tangerine peel and pine needles also emerge. Powerful on the palate with an oily texture that provides plenty of fullness, spicy and savory, with yellow fruit leading to a long finish. Perfect with strong, earthy white meat dishes, such as veal medallions with morels.
