Kühle, präzise Fruchtaromen von Sauerkirschen und dunklen Waldbeeren, unterlegt von feinen, ätherischen Kräutertönen und einem Hauch Minze. Am Gaumen wirkt der Wein klar, saftig und schwarzfruchtig, mit jugendlicher Spannung, gut eingebundenem, feinem Tannin und einer komplexen, konzentrierten Struktur. Trotz seiner Dichte bleibt er elegant und trägt eine anhaltende, kühle Frische bis in den Abgang.

The aroma reveals dark, ripe berries: elderberry and blackcurrant, blackberry, and a hint of malty, aged patina from the wood. The palate is beautifully balanced: fine-grained, still lively tannins, plenty of body, chalky minerality, and a hint of spicy development.
