Tasting Notes
There are aromas of herbal candy, ricola, and raspberry. It is rich on the palate, with a not too cautious amount of tannins, the attack appears fine and then increases to a dry graininess. There is plenty of juice in the background as well as mineral notes. It is a substantial Burgundian red with a rather restrained acidity.
