Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 26.04.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Quite closed on the nose, with some hay, leafy greens and crushed sunflower seed aromas. Initially an interplay of sweet and sour notes are evident on the palate before a minty, "cool" spiciness unfolds, the mineral notes and pinch of carbonic acid providing a freshness to the pointed finish, with medium density and good length.
