Tasting Notes
This is initially very reductive, and needs lots of air. On the palate there is a slightly viscous attack, then a fine slightly sandy tannin grain that builds up great presence. The acidity seems mild but provides sufficient support, and the wine has nice length, some minerality, and good substance, but is also strongly yeasty on the finish. After sixty minutes in the glass the reductive character is almost unchanged.
