A hint of spontaneous fermentation, pear, poirré, but also herbal varietal aromas. Powerful on the palate, softly grounded, slightly oily, with ripe, quite vivid phenolics, cultivated acidity, overall still youthful and compact, but with length and depth and very good certain ageing potential.
