Tasting Notes
The bouquet of sour cherry and eucalyptus is more Burgundian than Swabian. On the palate a stable acid backbone, the tannins are vivid and still slightly astringent, nice depth of fruit, spicy, and slightly peppery on the finish. It has great ageing potential.
